By looking at this ‘snapshot,’ an artist can gain insight and greater self-understanding. In my experience, this is true of any spontaneous act that is done with attention and practiced consistently. Excellence Without Burnout, is a systematic program that uses yoga, kung fu, conversation and writing techniques to develop skill, gain insight into what you love, and learn how to pursue those goals to the fullest of your ability without burning out.
